Ajna is a young, skilled, and energetic yogini with over 10 years of experience in the field of Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teaching. She believes in creating a safer and knowledgeable space for her students so that she can listen to their bodies. As per her, everyone is unique and born with a special talent. That's why she does not believe in comparing her students with each other. She also encourages her students to know about their strengths and also to accept their weaknesses. He teaches regulation of breath that leads to Harmony, Peace, Well Being, and Good Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual health. As a believer of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam", he considered the whole world as a family and never discrimination in imparting the yoga knowledge to anyone. He believes in "Ahimsa Paramo Dharma" that means Non-Violence is a great way of living. As a profound follower of Indian Vedic culture, he wants "Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu" which implies, "May all humans be happy forever"
